What type of cases do you accept?

We accept all types of creditor’s rights cases whether they are civil, family law, or in Bankruptcy Court. We accept cases in the claim phase (no litigation yet), cases already filed but not yet at trial, and matters where a judgment has been entered.

How soon can you collect for me?

Timing varies by case. Factors include whether a judgment has been entered and what information is available about the defendant or judgment debtor’s assets.

What sort of fee agreements do you offer?

We tailor fee arrangements to your objectives and the case. Options include: Hourly (time and costs), Contingency (gross percentage of the amount collected; minimum judgment for contingency is $100,000 and subject to case review), Hybrid Contingency (flat fee plus a percentage; in some cases the flat fee is applied toward the initial contingency amount earned), and Flat Fee (defined scope of work for a set fee; costs are additional).

Where do you accept cases?

Bryan is licensed throughout California and has litigated matters statewide, including Humboldt County to San Diego County. He has extensive experience in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. The highest dollar value case tried was in Alameda County (Oakland).

What do you need in order to start work on my case?

We begin once our agreement is finalized. We typically also need documents to start. We can start from the beginning or pick up your case from where it left off elsewhere.

Do you accept all cases?

No. We consider several factors when deciding whether to take a case. Contact us if you have questions.
