The Grundon Law Firm handles post-judgment enforcement for California creditors. This is what we do. All day, every day, for twenty years.

Asset discovery. Real property levies. UVTA and fraudulent transfer litigation. Sister-state judgment domestication. Turnover orders. Charging orders. Judgment debtor exams. If your judgment is collectible under California law, we work to find the assets and take them.

We are not the cheapest firm you will find, and we do not try to be. We are the firm you hire when the debtor is sophisticated, when assets are hidden, or when the matter is too complex or too specialized for a general commercial practice. Our engagements are hourly, flat-fee, or hybrid-contingency (engagement fee upfront plus a contingency on recovery). We do not front litigation costs and we do not take pure-contingency cases.

We do not accept: pure contingency, small claims judgments, criminal restitution collection, or defendant-side cases. Judgments under $25,000 are reviewed only in unusual circumstances — known assets, fraudulent transfer, or real property — and are billed hourly.
