Bryan M. Grundon

FOUNDER OF THE LAW OFFICE OF BRYAN M. GRUNDON

Bryan M. Grundon is a native of San Diego, California. He graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt (formerly Humboldt State) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After completing his undergraduate studies, Bryan returned home to San Diego to pursue his legal education at the University of San Diego School of Law. Upon earning his law degree, he worked as an associate at the Law Office of W. Jeffery Fulton from 2005 to 2007.

In January 2008, Bryan founded The Law Office of Bryan M. Grundon. The firm originally opened in Mission Valley before relocating to Rancho Bernardo later that year. Over the course of his career, he has represented a diverse range of clients, including major national banks, credit unions, and insurance companies. His legal practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including the enforcement of sister state judgments, collections, and post-judgment recovery cases.

Bryan is an active member of the legal community. He has been admitted to practice law in California since 2005 and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.

Beyond his legal career, Bryan is deeply involved in his community. He resides in San Diego with his wife and daughters and has a long-standing connection to Rancho Bernardo High School football. After serving as a coach for nineteen years—twelve of those as the offensive coordinator—he played a pivotal role in the team’s success, leading them to three consecutive Palomar League Championships (2014-2016), two CIF Finals appearances, and a State Championship in 2015. As the program transitions under new Head Coach Eric Weddle, Bryan continues to contribute as a consultant, offering his expertise and experience to support the team’s ongoing success.
